About Us

In 2018 the company Point of Sale NZ limited who employed Patrick Righton and Jeffrey Elkins was wound down due to a significant life change for the owner. Pat Righton and Jeff Elkins who were at the time the technical support and installation team made an offer for the customer base and services which was accepted and Next Level POS was born. Its been an exciting time and extremely rewarding to masters of our own destiny. Both Jeffery and Pat are passionate about delivering great products and great service. If you are looking for a system or a change from what’s not working, we would love to hear from you.

Pat has over 20 years of POS industry experience and  a very firm grasp of the challenges and needs in the retail industry. Pat loves this field of work and very much enjoys meeting new clients and seeing the positive change our business solution brings to our clients businesses. Pat gets excited by any client who wants to really get into using the features of ProfitTrack to enhance their business and processes.

Jeff has over a decade of POS and Retail industry experience. Jeff was formerly employed as 2nd level support at the software developer who creates ProfitTrack and is our resident data and integration expert. Jeff loves finding ways to leverage your data for greater efficiency and profit. Jeff gets excited when creating custom developments for customers and will often forget to eat and sleep while “in the creative zone”
